Ted Demkiw
Ted came to the Mortgage business following a 25-year career in Financial Services and Money Management. His professional
background includes a 15-year career as Financial Consultant and Vice President-Sales with NYSE-member firms. For more than
a decade he also served as Senior Vice President at a leading San Diego investment advisory firm where he supervised portfolio
trading and collaborated in investment research.
Ted's extensive financial industry experience covers the financial waterfront from stocks, bonds and foreign exchange to derivatives and tax advantaged real estate investments. His wide ranging experience in financial markets gives him a unique perspective on business and economic trends in serving the needs of his clients. Ted has made his home in San Diego County for over twenty-five years. He knows the local market and has the knowledge and experience to help you integrate your mortgage financing into your overall financial plan.
